Event tickets can be booked through our Platform by selecting the event, choosing the number of tickets, and completing payment. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking
• We accept payments through Razorpay payment gateway
• You are responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider

4.3 Cancellation

5. Artist Marketplace (Product Purchases)

5.1 Product Listings

Products sold on our Platform are created by independent artists and artisans. We strive to ensure accurate descriptions, images, and pricing, but minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of products.

5.2 Order Placement

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.

5.3 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines and costs are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India.
